Perspective - September 14

I was talking with a friend today who came back from a blackberry-picking outing with a very bad case of poison oak, especially on her arms. She was saying that it hurt to have her clothing touch her, but due to the constraints of her job she was wearing long-sleeved garments, to keep from upsetting other people.

She went on to say, though, that the discomfort was making her think of those who are being wounded in Iraq. She said she couldn't imagine how much they must be suffering, if she was going nuts from just a bad case of poison oak.

Perspective.
